What is this?

We looked at all the proposals candidates put forth over the years and categorized them into various buckets. Under Social & cultural the proposals are broadly under the themes - Spring Fest, GC/Competitions, Soc-cult culture on campus and Miscellaneous (portals, information dissemination systems, etc.). The Technology and Sports & Games brackets differ from the Social & cultural bracket with Kshitij and Inter-IIT respectively replacing Spring Fest.
